Job Description
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
• Type in data provided directly by customers
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
• Collecting and digitizing data into the website.
• Establishing data entry standards by continually updating products description to improve data quality.
• Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
-A bachelor degree
-Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
-Experience in website or application data entry.
-Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
-Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
