Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic People & Culture Manager, not just an HR operations expert. This is a key leadership role responsible for building and scaling our HR systems, policies, and processes while ensuring alignment with OUTSOURCY’s values and strategic objectives. Above all, they care about our people and are passionate about cultivating a thriving company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior management to drive people strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.

Internal HR Functions Management: Oversee all internal HR operations including Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), Payroll, Personnel & Compliance, and employee engagement initiatives

Systems & Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain strong HR systems, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence.

Performance & Development: Design performance management frameworks that emphasize employee development, growth, and engagement—not punishment.

Culture & Values: Champion OUTSOURCY’s values, ensuring they are embedded in every aspect of the employee experience.

Talent Management: Oversee talent lifecycle, including recruitment strategy, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment where employees feel heard, supported, and motivated.

HR Analytics & Insights: Provide data-driven insights to management for informed strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any field… Master’s is highly preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR leadership role.

Proven experience in designing and implementing HR Management systems, policies, and SOPs.

Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational execution with long-term planning.
