One of our clients at OUTSOURCY, a well-established group operating in the Retail & F&B sector in Tripoli, Libya.

💼 Employment Type: Full-time
📅 Days Off: One day per week
💰 Salary: Up to 7,000 USD (Net)

🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
✔ Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are highly preferred
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in finance
✔ At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager within Retail or F&B
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
✔ Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent command of English
