We need to hire #Account_Manager to join our family ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the onboarding kickoff with Operations and the client.

• Review the project scope, KPIs, expectations, and communication channels.

• Ensure that all commitments made during the sales process are fully aligned with

delivery capabilities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.

• Handle escalations, service updates, reporting, and performance review meetings.

• Track client satisfaction, renewal dates, and service usage.

• Identify new client needs (e.g., adding Payroll services to a Manpower contract).

• Coordinate with the Sales Specialist to pitch add-on or complementary services.

• Prepare case studies, ROI analyses, or proof-of-concept material when needed.

• Manage the renewal cycle, contract modifications, or offboarding processes.

• Collect client feedback for improvement and potential references.

• Loop in the Sales Specialist for expansion opportunities or engagement with new departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B

service delivery (preferably in HR services, outsourcing, staffing, or similar

industries).

• Proven experience in managing key accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage escalations

professionally.

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable service steps.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts

simultaneously.

• Good understanding of KPIs, service delivery workflow, and performance

reporting.

• Sales-minded approach with the ability to identify upselling/cross-selling

opportunities.

• Solid negotiation skills, especially for renewals and contract updates.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Zoho) is a plus.

• Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
