We are hiring – Admin Assistant
Location: El Gamaleya, Cairo
Job Description:
- Coordinate with clients to handle communication and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage punch cards and prepare or follow up on quotations.
- Act as a personal assistant to the operations team, supporting daily tasks.
- Handle all documentation, including organizing and maintaining company files.
Requitement
- English: Very good command.
- Experience: 2–3 years.
- Microsoft Office : Very good
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
- Day Off: One day—Sunday
- Living nearby is preferred
