We are hiring – Admin Assistant

 

Location: El Gamaleya, Cairo

 

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with clients to handle communication and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage punch cards and prepare or follow up on quotations.
  • Act as a personal assistant to the operations team, supporting daily tasks.
  • Handle all documentation, including organizing and maintaining company files.

Requitement

  • English: Very good command.
  • Experience: 2–3 years.
  •  Microsoft Office : Very good
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
  •   Day Off: One day—Sunday
  • Living nearby is preferred
