Our client at OUTSOURCY, a leading Retail & F&B group in Tripoli, Libya, is currently seeking a Chief Accountant to join their team.

💼 Employment Type: Full-time
📅 Days Off: One day per week

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
✔ Strong leadership and team management abilities
✔ Fluent in English
