📍 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✔️ Experience with shipping procedures, export documentation, and customs requirements.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔️ Experience with export management software or inventory management systems.
✔️ Strong understanding of export laws, tariffs, customs regulations, and international trade.
✔️ Knowledge of global shipping and freight forwarding procedures.
✔️ Excellent attention to detail, especially in handling documentation, packaging, and compliance.
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, suppliers, and customs authorities.
✔️ Ability to negotiate with vendors and service providers for optimal shipping rates.
✔️ Knowledge of foreign languages (especially for dealing with international clients) is a plus.
✔️ Familiarity with export financing methods, letters of credit, and trade financing (optional, but beneficial).
