📢 We’re Hiring – Kitchen Manager (Tripoli, Libya)
Our client at OUTSOURCY, a leading Fashion Retail & F&B group, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join their team in Tripoli, Libya.
💼 Full-time | Permanent
📅 One day off weekly (rotational)

📍 Location: Tripoli, Libya | Relocation opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality & consistency.
•Supervise kitchen staff, schedules, and performance.
•Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs.
•Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
•Coordinate with management on menu updates and operations.
•Train and support kitchen staff development.
Requirements:
•3–5 years of experience in kitchen operations, including supervisory experience.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
•Experience in inventory control and cost management.
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Good communication and coordination skills.
