11 Nov Media Buyer
The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads. This role ensures OUTSOURCY’s digital campaigns deliver qualified leads, improve brand visibility, and support our global expansion strategy.
This is a data-driven role requiring strong analytical skills, ROI mindset, and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Campaign Strategy & Planning
✅ Paid Campaign Execution
✅ Email Marketing Campaigns.
✅ Optimization & Performance Tracking
✅ Reporting Provide weekly and monthly performance reports including:
Spend vs. results CTR / CPC / CPL / ROAS
✅ Collaboration Work closely with: Designer → to ensure high-performing ad creatives Content creator → to align messaging with paid campaigns
BD/Sales → ensure lead quality and conversion alignment
Required Skills & Experience
– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist.
– Proven expertise in: #Meta_Ads_Manager #LinkedIn_Campaign Manager #Google_Ads (search & display)
– Experience in #email_marketing platforms (Mailchimp / HubSpot / Klaviyo / Zoho).
– Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading dashboards, reports, and data.
– Experience with landing pages and conversion funnels.
– Working knowledge of SEO & website tracking (Google Analytics, UTM tracking).
