Project Manager

We are hiring on behalf of one of our international partners for the position of BPO Project Manager.

This role requires a highly capable leader with a proven ability to manage large-scale outsourced operations, ensure service excellence, and drive performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of BPO projects in Egypt, monitor and analyze the efficiency and quality of local execution teams, and proactively resolve issues to ensure high-quality project delivery.
2. Maintain effective communication with clients, understand their requirements and pain points, and coordinate resources across teams to drive timely solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Handle monthly service fee billing, including reconciliation, confirmation, invoice preparation, and follow-up on payment collection to ensure timely revenue recovery.
4. Act as a consultant in the overseas BPO field, supporting professional pre-sales to the business team, including solution recommendations, workflow design, and client communication.

Job Requirements:
1. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Arabic language skills
2. It will be a plus to have the experience to help set up a new BPO site from 0 to 1.
3. More than 2 years of experience in executing or managing overseas BPO projects.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, able to work smoothly with teams in Egypt and other regions.
4. Experience in cross-border e-commerce customer service is preferred; prior roles such as trainer, QA, or Team Leader (TL), supervisors in a BPO contact center are strong advantages.
5. Strong stress tolerance and emotional management, capable of maintaining stable performance in multicultural and multi-project environments.
