05 May Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Global HRO & EOR
Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new
business opportunities for global Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and Employer of Record
(EOR) services. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and building a
strong sales pipeline by booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, resilient, and operates with a strong sense of urgency,
ensuring fast outreach, follow-ups, and responsiveness in a competitive, fast-paced global
market.
This role is the engine of the sales pipeline, directly impacting company growth by connecting
global companies with compliant workforce solutions across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify target companies (startups, SMEs, and enterprises expanding internationally).
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients across different regions (e.g.,
GCC, Europe, Africa).
• Research prospects to understand hiring needs and expansion plans.
2. Lead Qualification
• Engage with prospects to assess their needs related to global hiring, remote workforce,
and compliance.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, decision-making
authority).
• Identify opportunities suitable for Global HRO and EOR services.
3. Meeting Booking & Handover
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Business Development Manager.
• Ensure smooth and detailed handover of prospect information (requirements, urgency, key stakeholders).
• Maintain strong coordination with the Business Development Manager to improve conversion rates.
4. Outreach & Follow-Up Management
• Execute high-volume outreach campaigns with personalization.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
5. CRM & Data Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in CRM systems.
• Track outreach performance, response rates, and conversion metrics.
• Ensure data quality and pipeline visibility.
6. Market Awareness
• Stay updated on global hiring trends, remote work models, and Global EOR/HRO services.
• Understand common client challenges (compliance, payroll, global expansion).
• Gather insights from prospects to support sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years in Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer-Facing roles
• Experience in B2B, HR services, or recruitment
• Basic understanding of Global HRO & EOR services, Global hiring and remote workforce trends
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
• English Fluency is a mandatory (Speaking & Writing)
