We are expanding our Payroll & Personnel team and hiring a Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to support our fast-paced outsourcing operations.

πŸ”Ή Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple client accounts.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in line with Egyptian labor law.
  • Handle complex payroll cases including settlements, incentives, and multi-project allocations.
  • Validate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances).
  • Ensure compliance with social insurance (Form 1, 2, 6), tax regulations, and labor law.
  • Maintain and audit personnel records across client environments.
  • Manage contracts lifecycle (issuance, renewals, amendments).
  • Act as escalation point for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with finance and clients to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll & HR reports for management.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes with full compliance focus.
  • Contribute to improving compensation structures and HR workflows.
  • Review teamwork and ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.

  • 4–6 years of experience in Payroll & Personnel (Outsourcing / Multi-client is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Very good English level.
  • Advanced Excel + HRIS experience.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ownership, accountability, and professional maturity.
