BEFORE WE START

The details
Before the decision

Can we include our existing team?

Share the current employment setup. We review whether a suitable arrangement is possible and what documentation or approvals it needs; changes are not automatic

Can we increase or reduce headcount?

Discuss expected changes early. Availability, notice periods, costs and the agreed employment arrangements shape what can change and when

What happens if someone is absent or needs replacing?

Report the need through the agreed contact. Response steps, cover options and any charges depend on your scope and availability; immediate replacement is not assumed

Are transport, accommodation and protective equipment included?

Only when expressly included in your proposal. Confirm each item’s provider, cost and responsibility before work starts

What will the proposal cover?

Ask for workforce costs, service fees, any setup charges and optional support to be separated, along with payment terms and the treatment of changes
